En-route you will visit The pinnnawala elephant orphanage . Elephant Orphanage, an institution that has been looking after orphaned or injured elephants that would otherwise have surely died. If you leave the hotel early then you can watch the elephant’s bath in the river after the youngest babies are milk fed.
Visit the Temple of the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha. This temple, the most important one for The Sri Lankan Buddhists was built in the 16th Century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic. Observe the magnificent Architecture of that period and experience the tranquility of the mosphere In Kandy , wood carving factory, gem mine, Kandy Lake, and View a cultural dance in evening. After breakfast, travel deeper into the tea-growing hills and have the option to wind through the mountains with magnificent views. En-route to Nuwara Eliya you will visit Ramboda waterfall and a factory of the popular Sri Lankan Tea. Arrive in Nuwara Eliya to be greeted by the fresh wintry atmosphere, the cottage type bungalows and the colonial air. ( Nuwara Eliya is also known as “Little England”) Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Early in the morning you will leave for visit Horton Plains National Park Short trek to Worlds End & Bakers Falls. The Horton Plains National Park is the only National Park situated in the Hill Country and falls within the Nuwara Eliya district and is 200 km. away from Colombo. Panoramic scenic beauty of the Hill Country could be witnessed within the Park. The famous `Worlds End’ is a major attraction within the Park. Endemic slender loris and endemic purple monkey are among the important animal species that could be seen in addition to sambhur, a member of the cat family etc. There is some endemic avifauna also found within this Park. After that travel to Ella and overnight stay in Ella.
After break fast leave for yala to explore the yala national park.
Yala national park is the most visited and second largest national park in sri lanka. Yala harbours 215 bird species including six endemic species of Sri Lanka. The number of mammals that has been recorded from the park is 44, and it has one of the highest leopard densities in the world. enjoy the wild life and checking to the hotel .
Break fast at the hotel and drive for Hikkaduwa. en-rout you will visit Galle fort . checking to the hotel in hikkaduwa and over night stay.
Beach Stay with many choices of spending your time. Leisurely strolling on the Golden Beaches enthralled in the magical atmosphere. Lazing on a Sun deck reading a book of you choice, and sipping a cool fresh tropical fruit drink of pine apple, Mango, Banana.
Breakfast at the hotel and Leave for Colombo. En-route you will have a city tour ( visit the tourist attractions in Colombo) and shopping in Colombo. leave to the Air Port on time for your flight.
